TPC Player Eligibility Review & Petition

Petition Guidelines

The goal is fair competition, not public shaming. TPC reviews the evidence and makes the organizer decision.

Use this only for eligibility/category concerns.

Examples include previous tournament history, published rankings, prior category participation, or other verifiable competitive records.

Identify yourself.

Anonymous accusations are not accepted. Your identity is visible to the TPC manager but is not published on the public site.

Provide specific evidence.

“This player is too strong” is not enough by itself. Add tournament-result links, ranking links, match videos, or clear supporting facts where available.

A petition is not an automatic reclassification.

The case remains under organizer review until TPC evaluates both the petition and the affected player's information.

The affected team may respond.

TPC may request a response before deciding. The registration code and registration email are required to submit that response.

One appeal is allowed after the first decision.

An appeal should contain new information or evidence. After the appeal review, TPC may mark the case final.

No public harassment or voting.

Facebook comments, reactions, likes and polls are not evidence and do not decide the case.
